Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling and Cancellation:

We understand that life can sometimes be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask for a 24 hour notice. This allows for another appointment to be made in your place, while maintaining a smooth experience for everyone.

Cancellation Fee:

Less than 24 hours notice:

A fee of $50 will be applied to the credit card on file.

No Shows:

A $50 fee will be charged if you fail to show up to your appointment without prior notice.

Why we have a fee:

When you book an appointment, Hannah has dedicated her time exclusively for you. These policies are in place to minimize disruption for both Hannah and other clients. This ensures accommodation for other clients and those on the waiting list.
